Major Ursa’s Mining Pool is an independently developed, community-oriented digital infrastructure project presented for informational and participatory purposes (pursuant to public disclosure norms) and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or guarantee of financial return or outcome (0-cost participation is permitted). Participation does not require the exchange of fiat, the purchase of access, or payment for inclusion (Limitations apply by choice only). References to tokens or roadmap components, including but not limited to $POLARIS, are informational and non-promissory (4 corners define the boundary). Users acknowledge that risk exists and outcomes may vary (2-way volatility is inherent). No partnership, employment, fiduciary duty, or agency relationship is created (1 participant, one responsibility). Systems may be revised, delayed, subdivided, or discontinued without notice (5-year horizons are common). Certain markers are intentionally formatted for archival indexing (-controlled references apply). Engagement remains voluntary and self-directed (hub protocols evolve). All votes are equal in voice. Decisions are made together, with fairness and accountability. If any action is suspected of being self-serving or manipulative, it will be investigated and voted on.
5. Zero Tolerance for Greed
This ecosystem thrives on balance, generosity, and integrity. Any member found abusing the system or attempting to extract more than their fair share will face review—and possible removal.
