By trade, I’m an electrician, now specializing in low-voltage solutions for high-end residential installations. But more than that, I’m a Midwestern farm kid from Indiana, raised on 4-H, county fairs, and small-town values. I’ve walked a long, winding road since then — from Deadhead adventures and life on the road, to recovery and redemption. Today, I’m a clean and sober father, a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and a man deeply committed to building a better future — not just for my family, but for others seeking honest opportunities in a world that too often disguises deception as progress.

I first entered the world of crypto and stock trading in late 2015, driven by a desire to find new, sustainable ways to provide for my children. But by 2019, I had been wrecked. Not by bad luck — but by a rigged system. A space once full of promise had been hijacked by scam artists, manipulators, and hype-driven rug pulls. Like many, I was left disillusioned. But unlike most, I didn’t walk away.

Instead, I studied. I documented. I reverse-engineered the flaws in every system that failed me. I became obsessed with finding a better way — one that didn’t rely on greed or gimmicks, but on community, participation, and fairness.

Initially, I didn’t have the tools or resources to build it. Going back to school wasn’t an option at the time. So I shelved the idea. But in late 2024, while trading, I stumbled upon a small project whose vision nearly mirrored the one I had been quietly sketching for years. Unfortunately, that project crumbled under its own developer’s greed — and that was my wake-up call. I stopped waiting for someone else to build the system I knew the world needed. I started building it myself.

That decision gave birth to Major Ursa’s Mining Pool — a community-first, free-to-join, and free-to-earn ecosystem built to reward participation, not speculation. This isn’t about overnight riches or empty promises. This is about long-term, sustainable rewards — and a return to trust in crypto.

Hi! I’m Ahmad Tijjani Ibrahim, a 24-year-old Computer Science student from Nigeria and a passionate crypto enthusiast. My journey into the world of cryptocurrency began in 2018, when I first dipped my toes into the market with what little savings I had as a student. Like many newcomers, I was drawn in by hype — but again and again, I found myself falling victim to Ponzi schemes, overpromised utility tokens, and DEX projects that rugged without warning. It was frustrating and at times disheartening, but something in me refused to give up. I knew crypto had the power to change lives — I just hadn’t found the right project yet.
